This is the whole situation:
FACTORY OUTLET STORE (F.O.S)
I went to city square F.O.S today (28/12/2010) and was terribly annoyed.
I was taking a look at the watches and I picked one up from the rack to take a closer look. And when I took it off the rack, I ACCIDENTALLY dropped it onto the floor.
Who knows that piece of fake cheap face of the watch cracked and the back part of the watch came out. How can a watch be spoiled easily? Mine which I bought in Singapore which costs me SGD10 ONLY and despite me dropping on the floor a couple of times, was still working PERFECTLY with just some scratches. There's not a single crack at all man! I'm seriously in doubt with the quality of the watches in F.O.S in city square.
Besides that, there's no note or whatever to indicate that once an item is dropped, is considered sold. BUT, I was made to pay for that watch.
When explained the situation, the staff still made me pay for that watch. As I was terribly ANNOYED, I had to pay for it RELUCTANTLY.
This is seriously ridiculous. And the 'security guard' there, was it being placed at the watches area ON PURPOSE to catch those that had dropped and spoiled the watch?
Perhaps the staff there could try and drop some of the watches to test if the watches broke easily. If yes, I suggest that the watches be removed to stop cheating the customers like me who just pay for a watch that is being dropped ACCIDENTALLY while taking a look. If no, I supposed I'm really unlucky then.
And that's not all okay, when I reached Singapore custom, there were many many peoples. And the queue was longgg! I was suay because the line that I chose had a lot of Malaysians and the officer took some time to settle them. ._. My sisters and mother and brother were already waiting outside for me fyi and hence, I was feeling super pissed. And there, beside me there was this AH GUA (we were made to have 2 lines). I was there FIRST okay. She or rather he was BEHIND me. So by default, I'm supposed to go next. When the gate was opened, I made the move and 'he' said something like 'he's' next. I just shoot 'him', I came first okay. ._. Then I still got into the same bus as 'him'. What luck man~ Seriously luh, ending my day badly. Discriminating ah guas now because of 'him'. ASS!
There's some funny parts though during the trip. I shall share it with pictures next time as I don't think it suits in this post.
P.s: Don't comment about the feedback part, I was feeling really annoyed.
